Method:

Do you make everything yourself?

I do all the laser and embroidery myself. I also design and digitize all files for the machines themselves.

Which machine is used?

I use a Brother PR620 6 needle embroidery machine. With an embroidery range of up to 300 x 200mm and a Happy HCS 12 needle machine. This has an embroidery range of 320 x 320 mm.

What yarn do you embroider with?

The threads I embroider with are Madeira Polyneon 40 and Isacord 40.

I have clothing or textiles that I want to have embroidered, is that also possible?

Processing my order:

I just placed an order, what happens now?

How nice! I'll get to work for you right away. If it is a standard product, I will pack it carefully and it will be sent by post within 2 working days. If it is a personalized product, I will embroider it for you and it will be sent by post within 4 working days.

For large orders I always agree on a delivery time.

Do you also offer free shipping?

Yes, if you buy for more than €75, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands.

Return:

I would like to return my order.

Products without a personal adjustment may be returned within 14 days in their original, undamaged and unused condition. Always contact me if you want to return something.
